understands and respects the privacy of the users of our website.
To aid our users, we adhere to the following privacy policies,
in line with the National
Privacy Principles enshrined in the Privacy Amendment (Private
Sector) Act 2000 (and subsequent amendments).
Logs
No attempt will be made to identify users or their browsing activities
except, in the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law
enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the Internet

Links
Logical Ideas' website contains links to other sites. Logical
Ideas is not responsible for the content and the privacy practices
of other web sites and encourages you to examine each site's privacy
policy and make your own decisions regarding the accuracy, reliability
and correctness of material and information found.
Payments
Logical Ideas uses the National Australia Bank's Secure Internet
Payments Service (NSIPS). This service is covered by the
National
Australia Bank's own Privacy Policy.
If you use our "Pay Accounts" page,
the information you supply (your invoice number and the amount
you wish to pay) is transmitted to the National and you will
be transferred to their secure payment server. You deal directly
with the National to make the
credit card payment. Your session with the National is secured
using the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Your credit card and personal details
are encrypted when transmitted over the Internet. In the movement
between pages, you may be advised of direction to ‘Secure’ and ‘Non-Secure’ sites
by warning messages displayed by your web browser.
The credit card information you supply to the
National is not transmitted to Logical Ideas.
We do, however, receive email notification from the National of your name, the
amount and date of payment or of an unsuccessful attempt to pay
and a unique identifier for the transaction. Any information we
receive from the National is used solely for business purposes associated
with the administration of your Logical Ideas’ account.
E-Mail
We will record your e-mail address only if you send us a message.
It will be used for replying to you directly only if you wish
to have Logical Ideas’ staff reply to your message. It will be
added to Logical Ideas’ mailing list only if you request
inclusion. We will not use your e-mail address for any other purpose,
and will not disclose it to any third party without your consent.

Changes and deletions
If at any time you wish to be removed from Logical Ideas’
mailing list, or wish to view, update, alter or delete any information
we may have on you in our contacts database, please e-mail us.

We do not use any external identifiers to uniquely identify our
contacts. Logical Ideas allows anonymous interaction wherever
it is practical and does not transfer personal information internationally.
We do not collect any potentially sensitive information on any
person. (Privacy Principles 7, 8, 9, 10)
